All our parks are for the 50+ age group.
Are pets allowed on your parks?
All our parks allow one cat per home, but no dogs.
Are the parks fully residential?
All our parks have full 12 month residential status.
What are the costs involved in buying a home from McAlister Estates?
You only pay the agreed price for your fully sited home. There is no Stamp Duty and no solicitor’s fees.
