What our residents say

Mr & Mrs Watt

“Living in a Park Home at Mount Park, Steyning is very peaceful and well maintained. The park has beautiful surroundings and just a short walk away is the pleasurable village of Steyning, home to a variety of boutique shops, making shopping a pleasure. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else”.

Mr & Mrs Blake

“We came to live at Compasses Mobile Home Park 23 years ago, we searched everywhere to find a suitable place with peace and quiet to retire to and found this lovely park which was everything we wished for. Expertly run in lovely kept grounds, we are so contented here”.

Mr & Mrs Doick

“We think we made the best move of our lives when we moved into a Mobile Home at Mount Park Steyning. We enjoy a peaceful and quiet life and the fauna and flora of the area next to the South Downs. We are lucky that we have a good Park Owner who keeps an eye on the Park to make sure things runs smoothly”.

Mr Saunders

“I’m fortunate to live at Cootham Park and have never been so happy. The site is open plan and always looks immaculate, regularly maintained by one of Mr McAlister’s team. All homes have their own gardens and are well kept. From day one we knew we had made the right choice to live at Cootham Park which is so peaceful and friendly”.

Mrs Jones

“When I decided to move from Kent to Surrey and buy a mobile home, I had to think about public transport as I am not a car owner. Several I visited, were too far away from buses. The Oaks Park was just what I was looking for, bus stops just outside the park, shops and facilities within easy reach. The Oaks Park is like a village, it’s quiet and peaceful but if you want help or just a chat there is always someone there. The Park is well looked after and all the residents have their own gardens. The mobile homes are easy to maintain and I have lived here since 1979″.

Mr Jones

“I purchased my property just over two years ago and during the purchase and subsequent dealings; I have been treated with the utmost courtesy, respect and consideration. The park is kept to a very good standard and I have really enjoyed making my home here. The park is nicely laid out with each home having its own small garden. An added bonus is that the bus stops just outside the park with easy access to Dorking and Horsham and subsequently onward to Brighton, Guildford, and Reigate. I would recommend the park to any of my friends and associates”.
